Priced to your book, or to your results.

Sentanis is priced per carrier, after a shadow evaluation has measured what it does on your own files. Two structures are on offer.

Fixed fee, sized to your book

One annual fee set by the size of the claims book Sentanis reads.

  • Priced on open claim volume and the lines in scope, agreed before deployment.
  • Predictable: the number does not move with how much your adjusters use the system.
  • Everything included: intake, the standing brief, deadline watch, demand deconstruction, drafting, and the audit trail.
  • Fits a carrier that budgets annually and wants the cost known up front.

Performance-based fee

You pay as the system hits performance metrics you agree to in advance.

  • Metrics drawn from the outcomes on the homepage: time to close, reopen rate, legal spend, and demand deadlines caught.
  • Baselines come from the shadow evaluation on your closed files, so the targets are yours, not ours.
  • A lower fixed component, with the balance earned against measured results.
  • Fits a carrier that wants the vendor's incentives aligned with its loss ratio.

How a price gets set

Either structure starts from measured numbers rather than a vendor estimate.

  1. Shadow evaluation

Three weeks on 50 to 100 closed files establishes the baseline and the scorecard.

  2. Proposal

We size the fixed fee to the book and propose performance metrics against the baseline.

  3. Contract

You choose the structure. Rates are per carrier; there is no public rate card.

An hour to see the system on a file like yours, then a three-week shadow evaluation if you want the baseline that sets the price.
